Self organized structural phases can arise from photon-mediated long-range interactions in a quantum gas coupled to optical cavities. We experimentally realize two different self-ordered crystals by applying long-range interactions with different parity. Dissipation, which typically leads to relaxation and disorder, surprisingly drives coherent time dynamics between the two self-organized crystals with different structures. The limit cycle dynamics between two structures drives a spontaneous atom pump. This experiment merges the concept of dissipative time crystal and topological pump.
