刘帅帅，男，理学博士，1997年生，讲师，硕士生导师，主要从事连续变量量子通信，量子安全通信网络和硅基光电子集成研究。作为团队核心参与国家科技创新2030重大项目、国家自然科学基金-面上项目等多项国家/省级科研项目。以第一作者在国际学术刊物Optica、npj Quantum Iformation、Photonics Research等期刊上发表多篇SCI一区论文，申请国家发明专利3项。
